About a year ago I wrote a review regarding the rudeness of staff but have since had the complete opposite experience with different (I think new) staff members. Haven't seen the rude ones in a long time so I don't think they work there anymore. The current staff couldn't be nicer, even when they're getting slammed with customers. Worst bagel shop ever. None of their items taste good. Long wait times, and do not go after noon because the bagels aren’t even fresh. Always ask for extra cream cheese on bagels and shots of espresso on coffee but seem to never get it. They do not care about customer service. Such a rip off for students especially!
