A haven for meat lovers! They offer a variety of sauces including hot, Carolina gold, house, and sweet pineapple. Our favorites were the hot and house sauces. We tried the chicken wings, smoked sausage, and pulled pork, all of which were incredibly juicy and flavorful. The sides were fresh and tasty as well. For dessert, we enjoyed a fantastic coconut cake. The service was prompt and very friendly. The dining area was clean and pleasant. Prices are quite reasonable. We will definitely be returning!
The food here is fantastic. The chicken is so tender that it comes off the bone with just a fork. The beans are truly outstanding—some of the best I’ve ever tasted. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
Absolutely fantastic BBQ north of Boston! Our top picks were the fall-off-the-bone ribs, the tender chicken wings, and the sweet potato fries—were they drizzled in maple syrup? So good! If you're considering a pickup, I suggest calling them to place your order instead of using their website, as it helps this small business keep more of their earnings. Highly recommend!
This place is the real deal. I’ve enjoyed BBQ in North Carolina and fried chicken in Louisiana, but you won’t find anything better in all of New England than Mill City BBQ. The pulled pork was incredibly flavorful and juicy, the cornbread practically melts in your mouth, the sweet potato fries are freshly made, and the coleslaw is crisp (with the dressing on the side to keep it that way!). You can really tell that they care about their food here. Until today, I honestly believed I didn’t like red velvet cake. I thought it was meant to be dry and bland, salvaged only by cream cheese frosting. I was completely mistaken. Mill City’s red velvet cake was everything I’ve been told it should be. It was like the best chocolate cake and the best cheesecake coming together in perfect harmony.
