Flour tortilla deep-fried with your choice of shredded chicken, shredded Beef, or ground Beef. Rice and beans on the side. Served with guacamole, sour cream and cheese.

Sopapillas

A deep-fried tortilla dough that is fried until it is puffy and a small air pocket appears within the pastry. Eaten with honey. Cinnamon, and sugar.

Tortilla Soup

Tortilla soup cooked with vegetables and shredded chicken. Topped with fresh avocado, Monterey Jack cheese and corn tortilla strips.
