Unacceptable, not even from the outside we will never pass by again. We also had a reservation.. we went 3 people, we waited 20 minutes, a pot boy came, he is supposed to be a waiter, we told him we have a reservation, he went inside and we never saw him again.. disorganized, dirty, rude and obviously not interested in service.. if I could, I wouldn't put a single star.
