We went thru drive thru around 1125pm on Monday night.That older lady shift lead at night is just very RUDE!! She rushed us and then at window u couldn't tell if shes bein genuine or cocky .(i believe cocky) Shes always there wen we go at late nights too but everything else was PERFECT FROM FOOD TO QUICKNESS AND CLEAN.WE LOVE BK View all feedback.

Worst drive through in Louisville, and that 's quite a low bar to reach. They never give me a receipt, likely because they don 't want me to take the survey. I don 't know the name of the nasty person in the drive through (hence another reason they probably don 't give me a receipt).
