I just watched a VERY rude and disrespectful customer lose their cool and curse at staff for absolutely no reason. The staff kept calm and diffused the situation so well. Working with the public is so challenging, and I was very impressed by how they handled this situation. I always have such a pleasant experience when I come here and hope they know that we appreciate their hard work!! View all feedback.
