Some of de Best crawfish I have ever had. My only knock is they can be on the salty side. The flavor and the way they are boiled are top notch. The flavor is in the meat and tons in the head and rib cage area. The size of all the bugs was consistent and perfect. Not 1 mush or soft one in the six pounds we ordered. Since i am not from the area I will be making this an annual visit. View all feedback.
