When did Pizza Hut go to a self serve/place your order at the door. No personal service to the customer. Waiting 20 minutes for pizza, bread sticks weren't cooked/crisp on the bottom. Asked for parmesan cheese, brought a container with little to no cheese inside. Take outs were getting their food before those there as customers.
