Wide choice of menus and a la carte. Traditional Auvergne cuisine. The aligot (cheesy purée potato) is delicious. The foie gras, prepared in house, is the best I’ve ever had. The beef is Aubrac, so tender. The ris de veau was also the best I’ve eaten. View all feedback.

Well renovated hotel. The rooms are not air conditioned. We came during the particle. Very good evening meal however very long service. Quiet hotel location in front of the viaduct.
