After waiting 40 minutes in their drive-thru, I finally reached the speaker. A young lady informed me that they were out of beef and chicken. I could order steak, but it would cost me more. I then spent an additional 17 minutes trying to get out of the line. I keep trying to give my local Taco Bell a chance, but after over 40 years of visiting this location, I will never return.
