We were treated like our order was the most important thing they had to do all day. They brought our food to our patio table and it was amazing. Spent $30 on a few breakfast burritos, and when I proceeded to ask for a few ketchup packets, they tried to charge me $2.50….for ketchup packets…what a joke. What a pathetic excuse of customer service. Do you even know what customer retention means? You must be hurting as a business if you’re charging $2.50 for ketchup… The principal itself speaks volumes. Do better. View all feedback.
