I hate writing this review because I will say the food and service is usually excellent. On 7/2/2023 I ordered a #5 hot pastrami, the 2 young ladies come in and order after me. So the lady who makes the sandwich calls out the order but I didn't understand what she said and the two ladies that ordered after me quickly got up took the other and left.
