Was Wayne James at Daisy's Cafe a mag?
Found this cute place online; my husband is vegan and I am not. I must say! Wow wow wow! Food was amazing, drinks the same. We asked about what some of the ingredients were and we were told them all with no hesitation. When we are here, we will visit again and try something different off the menu. Thank you guys! A lovely welcome in this cafe today hidden up a side street but worth the walk to find it Breakfast was delicious .Dusty was made a fuss of and patiently waited for Sam to bring him a sausage .
Lovely little cafe with such friendly staff. The scone was delicious and I’ve not had a coke float since I was a child!
Yet again visited daisy's cafe for the 2nd time ,went for the traditional breakfast, plus toast ,and the 2 cappuccino's ,faultless service , goes the extra mile, would recommend this place to anyone 5 stars, regards Anthony Ceri.
My partner found this gem online with an overall rating of 5*. On that basis, I assumed only a handful of people could 've reviewed it (friends ands family), but to my astonishment I saw that it had over 1,000 reviews and it STILL had a 5* rating!! And it 's easy to see why from the warmest Come in my lovelies welcome as we stood on the threshold, to the lovely fruit scones, jam and cream (plus a little taster of the ginger scone and lemon curd sooo tasty). The couple who own the business were so friendly and it was obvious they put their hearts and souls into this place. Then next time we are down in Looe, we 'll make a beeline for Daisy 's and work our way down the menu. Oh and the retro comic annuals are a joy to read and reminisce.
Such a friendly, welcoming cafe. Two visits and both thoroughly enjoyable. Bacon and sausage sandwich fabulous and the pastie superb. Watson, our dog, loved the welcome sausage too. Well worth finding this gem of a cafe.
