Reports of rudeness and order mishaps have surfaced, highlighting inconsistencies in service quality. You?d think you were holding them at gunpoint from their reaction of you asking for some sauce. Insane that you might get 1 packet of soy sauce for $20 worth of items and the audacity in their face when you ask for more.
Today, while I was waiting for my takeout food, I observed one of the employees leave the food counter to sweep and clean around the trash cans, using her bare hands to push in the trash. After finishing that task, she returned directly behind the counter and began filling orders and serving food without washing her hands. Concerned, I approached the cashier and requested to speak to the manager, only to find out that it was indeed the manager who had been serving food with unclean hands. Although she apologized and remade my order after washing her hands, this situation shows a clear disregard for health codes. There is a handwashing station just a couple of feet away from the counter, making it all the more concerning that she didn’t use it. I will definitely think twice before returning to this restaurant.
There were long lines and the restaurant was fully packed, but this place is impressive. I ordered takeout.
Panda Express has unfortunately become a disappointing representation of a Chinese restaurant. The portions are consistently small, and prices have been increasing. I won't be dining at this restaurant again. I hope this feedback is helpful to others.
Customer service was great through drive-thru. My order was correct, however I ordered broccoli beef and I had 4 SMALL pieces of beef in the container, only broccoli in the container...that was extremely disappointing service. Whomever dished this up knew it was only broccoli and that is not right to do that to a customer.
