Alors que je détenais depuis 24h une réservation confirmée pour une chambre à l'hôtel au mois de juin prochain je reçois aujourd'hui un appel téléphonique me disant que suite à une erreur -mal expliquée - ma réservation ne pouvait pas être honorée ... Très étonnant alors que des amis ont réservé après moi et n'ont pas eu de difficultés ... Bref une situation incompréhensible et très désagréable . View all feedback.
