I placed an order with Tasty Asia close to closing time on Sunday, 4/28/2004, and they cancelled it almost immediately. However, it's now 5/2/2004 and my funds are still held in pre-authorization. Tasty Asia is attributing this delay to the bank, but the bank insists that the merchant is responsible for releasing these funds.
