Beer malt sourdough crust, garlic tomato sauce, wild mushrooms grown in our spent grain. Crispy wood ear and shiitake mushrooms, seasonal oyster mushrooms with beer barrel smoked ricotta, mozzarellaand pickled mustard seed.

White onions dipped in sourdough starter and fried to perfection, served with housemade ranch.
