The first time we went, we liked it. Everything was great so we tried it a second time, bad mistake. We had a plate full of BRISKET FAT from our brisket. Charging by the pound it was about $17 worth .. straight to the garbage. If they visibly see that they are giving a lot of FAT, they should either remove it orgive extra.
