Feedback
Zizzi in the West End of London used to have a large vegan menu, but now offers only one vegan pizza and two pasta dishes. Some customers experienced slow and subpar service, with one noting a lack of attention and forgetfulness in taking orders. However, others enjoyed the high-quality Italian food, interesting vegan and vegetarian options, and tasty cocktails. The chocolate melt dessert was a standout, while the house pizza was praised for its size and value. Overall, Zizzi in the West End is a good option for a nice lunch in a pleasant area of London, away from the hustle of Oxford Street.
Very rude staff. Had to leave. The restaurant wasn't busy, but it felt they didn't want customers there.
We went to Zizzi in Wigmore Street for Sunday lunch. We were greeted by the operative who was looking after the upper floor. We chose Salmon Carbonara with fresh cresta di gallo pasta, unusual shape, very tasty and Beef Ragu with cresta di gallo fresh pasta, also very good. We were served with discreet confidence by Ali. As a dessert we had lemon mousse cake which was delicious. Good portions with the pasta dishes. We had a Zillionaires Club discount, which is well worth while signing up for. A good experience all around in a nice area of London away from the Oxford Street rush and crowd.
Had a great time here while in London. Staff were friendly and happy to help you. There were 3 of us and we all had different pastas and everyone said it was very nice. The atmosphere was very nice a great place to go just off Oxford Street.
We used to go to the Zizzi in Marylebone, and were happy to find the staff had transferred from there when it closed. Nice relaxed restaurant, at the bottom of Marylebone high street, and next to Oxford Street. The food was lovely, and the new menu was amazing, especially the pizza with fresh figs...
We frequently visit the zizzis in wigmore street, however this was the first time with kids. The service was terribly slow and when the food arrived we asked for some parmesan cheese, the manager Masima came over in a mood which was clearly identified as she aggressively put cheese all over out food but also all over my wife 's lap and table and failed to say sorry. We ignored this as we just wanted to eat. My brother has previously worked at zizzis in head office and had a family and friends discount card, we kindly asked for the bill however masimas attitude was awful. She started shouting when we asked for the discount to be applied and did not show professionalism even though there were kids present. When we complained to the waiter Kartik his response was that 's how she talks !! Surely this manager has no clue about customer service and as a result of this experience we will be steering clear of this restaurant. We overhead her talk about us to all her colleagues when we were leaving. SHE SHOULD NOT BE IN A COUSTOMER FACING ROLE
