Ordered the Jack Harlow meal and got a side of some cold macaroni, cold fries, and chicken strips inside the bun instead of some big piece of chicken. Was terrible! Thanks ????????
Poor poor poor service. I went thru drive-thru placed order get to window. She gives me pay of my order and explains to me in 5 mins rest be ready. Special bring it out. So i notice 2 more cars also get asked tobpark like me. I wait. N wait n wait. Theyfelt there's the other 2 cars) anyway after 20 mins I call into the store and they have no idea what I have she cant figure itout. Sobi explain and she says wait 5 mins. She will have i bout I explain to her thoughts that the chicken I have in the caris now cold and I don't understand what's going on but I am now fursterated n want me money bk and go elsewhere to eat. She saysshe cant do that and actually 17 mins later I get rest of my order. l had to come hm n warm chicken up in oven I was reallyinconvienced whole reason we decided to get takeout was to not have to do all that tonight. I will never go bk yo this kfc
The staff closed the store without any signs or notifications, so we went through the drive-thru and ended up waiting for 10 minutes just for fries while they were outside making TikTok videos. We watched them having fun while our order sat idle. Where's the accountability? Who's managing this place? *EDIT: I returned after waiting 10 minutes for fresh fries, only to find that everything was cold when we finally got our order. The fries we waited for were cold, too! I went back through the drive-thru since the main lobby was closed, and when I mentioned the cold fries, they just handed me a bag of warm fries. My sandwich was also incorrect; I requested no pickles due to an allergy, but it came with four pickles. Overall, it was a waste of time and money. KFC really needs to improve their employee training.
We visited the Lompoc KFC tonight at 8 PM and placed an order at the drive-thru for six mashed potato chicken bowls and twelve biscuits. It took over 45 minutes to receive our order, and they forgot the twelve biscuits. Additionally, they didn't answer the phone when we tried to call. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time we’ve experienced this issue.
Terrible experience. Although it indicated that the restaurant was open, we were unable to dine in. We went through the drive-thru and found that they didn't have any white meat or popcorn available. We opted for dark meat, but it was greasy and not enjoyable.
