Absolutely terrible! After my last two experiences with them in the past week, I will never order from them again. The first time, I placed an online order and paid at around 9:53 PM. I watched the tracker as it went from "order" to "assembling" to "cooking." Then I waited for the driver to pick it up until 11:08 PM, and the tracker still showed it as "out for delivery."
