I always enjoy eating at Wendy's, but I have noticed a problem with their chicken nugget sauce button. They always ask what kind of sauce I want, but I never receive it. It's not worth going back or complaining about a small sauce container when the rest of my $40 meal for my family would get cold. I wish their chicken nugget sauce button worked better. I would give this restaurant 5 stars if it weren't for one employee. There is a lady who often works the window wearing glasses and looks to be in her late 40s or 50s. She is very rude and unprofessional, and even went out of her way to provoke me. However, I have to say that all the other employees I have interacted with were super nice and provided great service.
