What Esli M likes about Five Guys:
The customer service is always great. The burgers taste fantastic with the ability to customize. The smallest order of fries is enough to share with two people. The fries tend to be salty, so use plenty of ketchup or fry sauce. There is usually a wait time so be forewarned. Update: I had a lettuce wrapped hot dog and their fries are gluten free. Absolute worst experience of my an my mom's life. It takes 15 minutes to get our order. Then they come out stone cold! The fries were definitely older than 20 minutes. When we showed them and had them touch to feel they were stone cold, they made us “New fries”.
