Was Lamberto Parisi at C. Bianca a mag?

I ate here with a bike trip. the egg base pasta was really excellent and the hazelnut cake to die. That's amazing. the personal was friendly and professional. I hope I can return one day.
Friends of us had eaten in this restaurant and recommended it. with men we went to their Sunday night aperitivo and it was very good. the weeping, eating, the very well dressed and polite staff, the location, etc. we were with and Dutch people. it is a pity that Italian esser doesn't really care about prospects and atmosphere that is built by the opposite in which we were sitting, half in the hills and with now look at all. while outside there is this large terrace with beautiful view. Anyway, we had a nice evening and we paid euro per person for glasses wein and a lot and a lot of delicious food.
Maybe after they have ridden a bike or something about the gentle hills of the weinland piedmont, everything would taste good. but it was an incredibly beautiful surprise to finish a farm in c. bianca, where they as well. the rooms and restaurant are located in a beautiful stone house, with flowers and plants all around. there is a small farm over the way where they can make and dig up. we entered a long table with fresh green salad dishes, roasted vegetables, homemade cheese and later, a fresh pasta with a light tomato sauce. the cheese was made there, the Robiola cheese was fresh and only days old, this was served with a toma and a blue cheese with an onion cutney. the cheeses had to die. I am not sure how they did it because the aubergine was not in the slightest soggy or greasy only light, fresh and sweet. possibly the best aubergine I had prepared. dessert was a hazelnut cake (that is the land of hazelnut, there are trees everywhere) I have no cake for this cake it was fragrant, moist, not rich and I could have eaten slices (but I did not). later I had another version of this cake, which only confirmed that this was something very special. they make their own weeping, and while we had to walk in our drink, when we returned to our bikes after lunch, the white chardonnay was bright and clean, no oak.
