every week changes from tasting menu. 3 incomings (cream of asparagus with salmon and sea urchins, macaroni tris with mallorquin sausages and mahones cheese sauce and tibia salad with mustard and honey tabulan) of fish (tubet filling pant,) of meat (alka lamb in the oven in its own juice and dessert (albaric carte with van ice cream).
