What Cindy Valle likes about Denny's:
I am giving this restaurant four stars because the food is consistently good. The staff is friendly, even when they are busy, especially on Sunday and Saturday mornings when it gets incredibly busy. However, every other day is great. Kat, Charlie, Char, and the manager are very customer-oriented. I appreciate that the food is always hot and they are always quick to refill my coffee cup. What Deron Rau doesn't like about Denny's:
Hostess was rude, waited on other people first even though we were the first ones in line update acting hostess was distict manager. I would suggest management/communication classes and to use listening skills, hard to be helpful when you are constantly talking and not listening to customers. View all feedback.
