To sit in the drive thru with no acknowledgment for 5 min . I honk still no answer and then the lack of urgency when I tried coming inside. I decided I didn’t want anything from the terrible service. I assume my stuff would have reflected that. Hire better staff or get some experienced managers in there thank you. I won’t be back and I see the trend of terrible reviews.
