If I was to rate this when they first opened it would have been 5 stars, but after consecutive bad experiences when ordering my coffee I just don't know if I want to go back again. The flavor has diminished since they've opened. Not sure if it's a supply issue, a staff knowledge issue or what? Other (non coffee drinks) seem still up to snuff; ie. Hot chocolate, milkshakes...
