I ordered a Bratbeef without cheese and with half the sauce. Instead, I received crispy chicken with cheese. I asked for a replacement and received smoked beef with cheese instead. I tried again and got Bratbeef without cheese, sauce, or crispy onions. I gave up after that. The restaurant wasn't very busy, but they didn't seem to care enough to get my order right.
