The food is great. More about their customer service. I like plum sauce on my rice. When I ask for plum sauce, they say I didn't order egg rolls. They didn't care I like it on my rice. After a lot of debate, they gave me two which is far enough when I ordered two orders from rice. I guarantee you, if you ask for ketchup at McDonald, they won't say, but you didn't order any fries.
