I was totally disappointed in this restaurant, I would remove some Michelin stars and I have been to many all over the world. The wine selection was terrible, the servers and staff were not bad, but the food, was totally disappointing. I would never go back or refer anyone. A highly refined menu expertly prepared. Flavor and presentation were infinitely close to perfection. The iberico pork, in particular, was the best iberico pork I had ever had. Service was first class, and atmosphere was luxurious yet relaxed. The local wine pairing was superb, and gave us a taste of what Portuguese wine had to offer. All in all in line with what one expects at a Michelin one star restaurant. If I were to be picky, however, like so many Michelin starred restaurants, the food was a bit too safe. I feel that the Michelin star system discourages creativity, which is a pity for chefs of this caliber. Price per person: €50+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
