Small portions and over priced very unhappy with size of the chicken wings felt ripped off for the amount i paid for them
So good you want to eat the fat I tipped the cook it was awesome nobody in the restaurant was talkin they were just eating and this is across the street from the courthouse
Meats are only Okay. Veggies are Very Good. I dont eat often here because on two(2) separate occasions, I saw roaches climbing along the counter near food. Once, I discretely brought to server attention. The skinny guy shooed it away, but the short guy at the register (I was later told it might have been the owner) simply observed the interaction with no commennt. I didnt make a scene, I just left. Another occasion, it happened I didnt say a word, just left and went around the corner to another soul food restaurant. .
Consistently excellent! The food is always delicious, and I absolutely adore the bread!
Clean spot. Great food. The hot water cornbread and pound cake are delicious.
