Placed order online. Went at time. Waited 30-minutes after giving my name. Asked for an update, was told she didn’t have an order for me, then tells me that if I placed an order on their website, those don’t get fulfilled…their own website. The remedies for that absurd answer and waste of time, nothing. No care while I sat for 30-minutes, no care to solve a problem they created. View all feedback.
