I live near LQ and have here almost weekly for the last few decades or so. It's an absolute jewel in Nebraska. You will not find any better bread or pastries. Period. They started with bread and have slowly expanded to a number of pastries, desserts, soups and sandwiches and now Gelato. Every single thing they sell is best in class.
