My wife and I take a weekly road trip to a different county seat in Ohio and eat at a local restaurant when we're there. When we visited Allen County 318 Restaurant Bar was our chosen restaurant. The food was good, but we asked our server Asia to split the bill between our 2 debit cards and she only charged one card. We both gave her generous tips, but had I known she charged me for everybody's food, I wouldn't have tipped her so nicely..it doesn't take alot to follow instructions View all feedback.
