Domino's Pizza - Lillington

What Kathryn Countryman likes about Domino's Pizza:
Ordered last night and food took almost an entire hour more than initially quoted. However, before I even called to complain they’d emailed me with an apology and points for a free future pizza. Honestly gotta give them credit for taking that initiative and wanting to make it right if they drop the ball. Wasn’t happy to be hungry but I appreciate the customer service and support. The service at this restaurant was very poor. I ordered food for my kids and had to call 8 times before someone finally answered. After waiting 2 hours, I was informed that they hadn't even started preparing my food. When I asked for a refund, I was told it would take 7-10 business days to process. It took 3 1/2 hours to finally receive my food. Overall, this restaurant is the worst I have ever experienced. View all feedback.
