We went out to eat lunch between colleagues. One of us had found a fly on his plate. We warned the waitress who took the plate and didn’t even apologize. We're shocked by the waitress' behavior with the customers. I have never seen a person so unpleasant and so rude. She was an old lady of about 60 years.. 0 synpathy.
