My sister and I stopped by for dinner on Saturday night, and we had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent, with the staff going above and beyond by offering us samples of their delicious battered chips. My sister, who is visiting from Wales, remarked that these were the best fish and chips she's ever had. The portion sizes were generous, and everything was incredibly tasty. Shocking rude customer service. I'm not saying all the staff are the same, but the one we were interacting with was awful. We walked in waited about 30 seconds and got called forward and we asked for what we wanted and the female who served us rudely says that we should have ordered when we arrived.
