What User likes about Mcdonald's:
The friendly staff made my experience enjoyable. Although they didn't have the cakes I wanted, they offered to bring in the ones I requested. Instead, I ended up getting more food of my choice at no extra charge, thanks to the accommodating managers. Overall, I would rate this place 5/5! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
1. There was no clear communication about my total or any instruction to move to the next window. I had to guess if they understood my order correctly.
2. The employees displayed a lack of courtesy or acknowledgement at the window. When I handed over my card, they took it without a word, blamed me for something, and then closed the window as if they couldn't wait to be done with me.
3. The chicken we received was old and tough, barely warm—clearly it had been fried earlier and just left sitting in a warmer for a while. Because of my experience this morning, I have no intention of returning to this place.
