The Big Kahuna is great. The cashier handled a confrontation with a customer while I was eating in the dining room tonight. The customer was loud and belligerent, she handled it professionally. The customer kept asking for her name and telling the employee she was rude, I did not get that impression. The customer raised his voice, he was out of line. You did good, girl!! There's a reason why this place has bad reviews. First time to this place and my last time, subs are way smaller for the price, they have competition that offers better subs and the service was not the best. I know I came ten minutes before closing time and the service was not the best, perhaps for the time I came in. No worries, my last time at this place! View all feedback.
