We used to be regulars in the pub when we lived in the Forest Hill we always enjoyed good beers and wine, a friendly ambience and great food from the pop up kitchens. Since moving away, we have been making use of their bedrooms to stay whenever we come to stay in London. The rooms are lovely and spacious with big comfy beds and are immaculately clean. My family and I visited this pub and felt unwelcome. We ordered drinks and sat at a table without realizing it was table service. When we returned the beer that was mistakenly left at our table, they made us pay for it. The staff were unfriendly and provided awful customer service. It ruined our family Sunday outing.
