When I ordered, I noticed that there were 6 customers in front of me that were still waiting for their orders but I just thought that we all just got there at almost the same time and that was why everybody was waiting...I was wrong. In fact, the cashier continued to take order from at least five customers behind me before she just stopped taking orders because there were too many people waiting. The problem was that they run out of chicken and they had to cook more !!! How can a KFC run out of chicken at dinner time on a Sunday night ???And while we were waiting another employee was very stressed out because the drive-thru customers were also back out and were losing patience.The customers were getting really angry and the poor cashier could not do anything.I had to wait over 20 minutes for my order, and that is not even considering the time I had to wait to pass my order and pay it.But shame on me for going back to this KFC because I experienced exactly the same thing the last time I went there about 3 monts ago.I decided to gave them a second chance, but they failed again to provide good service.
