I am in love with the SoCo salad in the Botanica restaurant in the Lethbridge Lodge. So much so, that when I am unable to dine there in person, I will order it as take out, pick it up and take back to the office to enjoy. It has the most delicious dressing. We stopped for lunch yesterday and were disappointed with the service and food. My wife's salad was OK but my fish and chips was over cooked and dry and the whole meal was barely warm at best.
