I've gone a few times and service has not changed one bit. On top of that the other time I had gone there was mold on my bread, I kindly asked them to give me a new burger. What did they do? They simply took my plate and my burger with moldy bread and just switched the bread. 20 minutes later they returned with my plate and the food was cold, they didn't even bother to serve me warm fries.
