Unless, you want to be a second class customer, I suggest you use the self serve kiosk to place your order. Kiosk orders seemed to take precedent over the customer standing at the counter. I ordered a whole pepperoni pizza and was told it would take 20 minutes. When I returned 20 minutes later, they hadn't started to make it yet.
