Ordered online and for the second week in a row I’ve been screwed over. This time, my wife ordered double rice and extra cheese. Got a sprinkle of cheese and regular sizing of rice. Pictured, I ordered the Carne Asada, 3 dollars more than chicken, with veggies and cheese. Looks like all I got was chicken… one star ?? View all feedback.

All 6 employees sat around eating, no manager available, one order on the screen with no one making it. Employee told me to “shush and wait a minute”. Employees are RUDE, NOT HELPFUL, THREW food onto a counter instead of simply handing it to the ONLY CUSTOMER in the store. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Do they treat all customers like this?! DISAPPOINTED
I have never seen clean tables at this location, and the floors are always trashed too, it seems like the staff can’t be bothered to clean up unless it’s to close. The rice and guac are always bland, and the staff is always on the verge of attitude.
Management really needs to take these reviews seriously. This chipotle is in such a nice location but the service is not great. Drive to the chipotle on Shawnee mission and Quivira. Consistently never misses.
Oddly one of the lowest quality Chipotles around. It’s like they don’t even use the same ingredients or protocols as other ones around. I used to get Chipotle every week living by the PV location(best one imo), but now I hardly bother.
