Very nice restaurant, uncomfortable and great team. Highly recommended and we would love to come back.
The restaurant itself is highly recommended, both in terms of location and ambiance. There's absolutely NOTHING to complain about with the food either (I had No. 14 pork steak). The meat was PERFECT. No tendons and cooked to perfection. The service, however, is poor. The young waitress was hopelessly overwhelmed, and we waited 30 minutes for a cappuccino. The other colleague became rude and completely uncomprehending when we criticized her. That's completely unacceptable! Even for food (which we wanted to take away), we had to wait over 30 minutes, and it only came when we asked for it. It was probably simply forgotten.
We sat in the beer garden and enjoyed a delicious meal. Thumbs up for the quality. Staff super nice.
Great restaurant. Friendly service. Not a large menu, but the meat was excellent. I wanted to eat there again, but unfortunately, they were on vacation.
I 've been there three times, and each time I can only give it a no-go. The first time, I wanted a shandy and got a beer. For the second drink, a non-alcoholic one, I got another beer. When I asked, I got a yes, did you order a non-alcoholic one? Second attempt, two months later, I ordered a Medion sirloin steak, but it was raw and bloody inside. I sent it back. It was supposed to be put back on the grill after five minutes, and I was served it again in the same condition. Third attempt, and that was a disaster. I ordered a gypsy schnitzel. After guests who had ordered 20 minutes after me had their food, I got mine: a small schnitzel, the size of a saucer, with a cream sauce and fries. The fries were okay, the beef wasn 't seasoned, and when I paid, everything fell out of my face. A gypsy schnitzel, which wasn 't, with fries, mayo, and a Coke for €27.30. Anyone who runs a business like that can 't even survive with a chip shop, because they offer more than what you order, tastes better, and at half the price. I won 't eat there again until the place reopens under new management and new staff. A disgrace for the restaurant industry.
