The lady stuff was very very rude we were first in the line and because the guy behind us was bit upset she asked us to sit because she wasn’t ready to help us !!! And she let the line finish!!!! Also our sink wasn’t working we tried to call the reception and room service no one is answering we had to go to the disk to report the problem and the offer us downgrade the room!!!!!! Really?!!!
