Experience at the dessert shop on London Road with family was positive, with delicious drinks and cakes. Despite hiccups in the order, the service was excellent, with free drink offered as apology. Zay provided fantastic service, making the visit pleasant. The lady on the phone was kind and welcoming, adding to the positive atmosphere. Overall, the cakes were delicious, service was top-notch, and the experience was a good one. There were some minor issues, but most customers would likely enjoy the cakes and drinks offered at the shop.

I really do like the cakes here and have never had any problems previously. I used to collect them in-store and the cakes were perfectly packaged however when I started to get them delivered sometimes the cakes were put in really small packaging and arrived completely destroyed. The pictures are from the ones I bought in-store in comparison to the ones that were delivered at home. View all feedback.
