We went to Auntie Anne?s and ordered the mini hot dogs with Cheese sauce but the whole bottom of all the mini dog pretzels were burnt. We absolutely love this place but noticed that it?s gone downhill lately. The place is always so packed with alot of people and it was kinda disappointing to pay all that money for something burnt. They told 3 minutes for a pretzel that was just sitting there that they had to heat up. Then as we waited patiently and got our other food. We preceded to wait 15-20 minutes while all of the employees would look at us and just ignore. Thankfully a worker came from the back and asked us what we were waiting for and got it for us immediately. In total a 30-45 minute trip for just some pretzels. View all feedback.
